Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, this Associate role's main responsibility is to ensure an enjoyable, convenient and successful shopping and buying experience that leads to increased sales and sustained long-term profitability. He/she also ensures satisfied customers, develop and execute sales steering and selling the IKEA way.

Your assignment

• You actively approach customers who you see require additional help. You identify their needs by asking the right questions and advise them on the best solutions for their homes in order to exceed their expectations;
• You ensure the shop is in excellent shape as new and fully and efficiently stocked with the four merchandising basics in place at all times and that the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers;
• You understand how to use the different IKEA sales and communication channels and know-how for the different customers you meet;
• You keep your area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked, and ensure that the IKEA basic merchandising standards are in place at all times to give customers a positive shopping experience;
• You convey passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits, and you share this knowledge with customers and colleagues.

Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Schedule: M-F, Flexible but needs to be available between 1PM - 5PM PH Time

Salary Range: $900 - $1500

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identifying and researching potential clients or customers for our portfolio companies
• Setting up meetings between potential prospects and sales staff
• Evaluating companies based on
• Qualifying leads to determine if they meet the set criteria
• Finding potential contacts, e.g. through LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Desktop research and market analysis
• Manage CRM systems to ensure correct tracking, follow-up, and lead nurturing
• Support sales staff with miscellaneous tasks

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative

• B2B experience preferred
• Digital marketing experience is a plus, but not a requirement
• Excellent to Good Communication skills and written skills; minor accent is acceptable
• Experience with Excel/Google sheets, email, CRMs (e.g. Monday.com, HubSpot), LinkedIn and ideally digital advertising tools such as Google and Meta
• The ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and positive, thorough and detail-oriented, can take initiative and use judgment, doesn't need to be micromanaged, analytical, and comfortable with data.

• List loading and creation
• Collaborate with the Marketing team during events to provide necessary support.

Position: Digital Sales Representative

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm PST

Salary Range:  $1,000 per month | Commission: Average of $300 per sale.

Main Responsibilities:

• Use Instagram to identify and engage with potential clients, including liking posts and initiating direct messages. 
• Be extremely familiar with high-end car manufacturers such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, and top-tier product lines of mass consumer brands like AMG Mercedes, M BMW, etc. 
• Deliver compelling sales pitches, tailored to the interests and needs of each potential client. 
• Meet and strive to exceed sales targets. 
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to aid in product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods sector. 
• A genuine passion for cars, with extensive knowledge of various high-end car models and their specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using social media platforms, particularly Instagram, for sales and networking. 

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

The sales development representative's responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, pricing and negotiating the best proposal and win-win model for the client.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for finding potential clients for our company and starting new relationships with interested clients, thus expanding our customer base.

• Proven experience in sales development or sales, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Strong understanding of Outsourcing market trends and dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience.
