The Client Care Support will be part of our award-winning Customer Support team responsible for supporting the business and technical needs of our growing merchant base. As a Client Care Support, you will be assisting Authorize.Net merchants and partners with their payment gateway accounts through inbound phone calls.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

• Respond to incoming merchant and partner requests quickly, proficiently and professionally while meeting specific key performance indicators

• Answer merchant questions and resolve problems related to billing, account management, website integration, connectivity methods and other technical issues

• Thoroughly and efficiently document cases in customer relationship manager system (Dynamics)

• Update cases (Dynamics) with status of all ongoing issues and merchant contacts

• Collaborate with managers, advanced support, product support specialists and partner groups as needed to provide one-call resolution

This is an on-site position. An on-site position must be consistently performed at an assigned Visa office location and require daily commute to the office location.

• Answer general customer service questions from cardholders, explain multiple program features via VOICE/EMAIL/Chat, and where appropriate, transfer the customer to the issuing bank to obtain specific account information or transfer the customer to an appropriate Third Party Service Provider.
• Adhere to established procedures and guidelines while providing quality customer service to meet and exceed department standards.
• Provide general information and support on any VISA related topic or product and direct the customer accordingly.
• Provide status update on Emergency Card and Cash requests when customer calls to follow up.
• Ensure smooth delivery set up of Emergency card and disbursement of Emergency cash upon receipt of approval from the banks.
• One Stop Fulfillment of Emergency service with customer and their banks
• Use several computer programs to respond to customer inquiries.
• Document cases to show action taken.

Reporting to the Customer Care Centre Team Leader, this AGENT role is responsible to build and retain a long-lasting relationship with new and existing customers in a multi-channel retail environment by valuing and fulfilling customer needs and expectations, understanding customer motivation and expectations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience that creates trust in the IKEA Brand. Among other tasks, this involves experience in customer handling to ensure the satisfaction of the customers who contact us directly through the contact centre in all media platforms.

Your assignment

• You are passionate about getting a good solution for your customers by identifying the customers’ needs and using your knowledge of the IKEA systems and processes to offer solutions;
• You take ownership for resolving your customer’s individual needs; communicating a realistic timeline for this resolution and keeping them informed as promised;

• You have a good knowledge of store operations in order to offer appropriate solutions to the customers, giving advice on add-on sales, thereby encouraging them to buy more;
• You are listening to your customers and anticipating their needs, promoting IKEA products and services in order to improve their home-to-home shopping experience;
• You actively seek feedback and give feedback constructively to your colleagues in order to improve the shopping experience of all customers;
• You will be providing support and assistance to IKEA Philippines customers and ensuring best customer experience with IKEA tone of voice.
• You are available to help and support co-workers in your own department and other areas of the contact centre when your manager needs me to do so;
• You ensure our contact centre is a safe and secure environment at all times for visitors and co-workers;
• You take a keen interest in the performance of IKEA and keep yourself informed about results and look for more effective ways of working to reduce costs.

• 5+ years' experience as project/program manager/Subject Matter Expert, delivering complex system-integrated business application projects. Ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience with project planning, execution, go-to-market activities, and managing cross-functional, global project teams.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently while coordinating activities with cross-divisional teams to achieve desired results, effectively prioritize and multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives and complex situations simultaneously
• Visa subject matter and/or payments expertise
• Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
• Excellent analytical, communication, written, presentation, interpersonal, and time management with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Understanding of Genesys IWS, Chat, Telephony, IVR and associated routing, queue functionality and reporting
• Understanding and a willingness to learn Artificial Intelligence related to Bot and reporting functionality
• Experience with Knowledge Management systems and methodologies and KM governance
