Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:Ā
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Analyzes complex customer problems/situations to determine the resolution that is in the spirit of our customer driven partnership.āÆ Accountable for resolution to inquiries and has the authority to make decisions in alignment with business strategies and goals.āÆ Transfers inquiries to resident experts or outside of the LBST or the Ordering Team correctly and with appropriate information.āÆ Ensures all cases are closed in a reasonable period of time.Ā
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Tracks errors in SAP and develops processes to prevent recurring issues.Ā
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Manages customer relationships in pursuit of "value-added" account management.Ā Ā
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Responsible for customer intimacy in transactional and service requirements. Maintains working knowledge of customer profiles and key contacts.Ā Ā
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Proactively contacts customers for input and service feedback. Responsible for large account load assignment while teaming within workgroup to assist on other accounts as well.Ā Ā
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Partners with other LBST support teams in support of total customer experience.Ā
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Performs customer administration requirements in support of sales process.Ā Ā
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Continuously seeks ways to streamline administrative requirements of our customers and our sales reps in support of customers, driving technology solutions where appropriate (CRM, knowledge mgmt, and web interfaces), including customer web applications. āÆ Pursues continuous education in IT systems and processes. Advocate for online systems and partnership with Business Point functionality in support of customer needs.Ā

Required Qualifications:Ā
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Bachelor's Degree in any business-related courseĀ
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Minimum of 2 years work experienceĀ
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Good in oral and written communicationĀ
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā With analytical and problem-solving skillsĀ
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Can work with minimum supervisionĀ
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Willing to work on night shift and holidaysĀ
