The position is responsible for handling all benefits pertaining to the Unit Owners of the Raffles Residences Makati. This person will get onboarding from the direct team and the current support agent, who will be available for questions. Position: Work-from-Home Architect

Responsibilities: As a Work-from-Home Architect at Bizforce, you will:

• Collaborate with renowned US-based architectural firms on a variety of projects
• Manage the end-to-end architectural process, from conceptual development to design execution

To succeed in this role you should possess:

• Experience with woodframe projects
• Experience in handling projects in the US
• Architectural registration or license with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (excluding internship)
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture (2016 or higher) with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Excellent portfolio highlighting your previous architectural works
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Project management abilities to ensure timely project completion
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within US business hours
• Reliable home office setup, including:
• i5 or higher processor with at least 8GB DDR4 RAM (preferably i7 latest generation/version)
• Hard Drive: 512GB SSD (1TB preferred) with a minimum of 250GB free space

● Plan, execute, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Google Display Network, AdRoll, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.

● Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, and bidding strategies to ensure maximum ROI.

● Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for different campaigns.
