Your Responsibilities  

The Business Information Research (BIR) Operations Manager will oversee a group of BIR Leads and/or analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. About the role:

The company is seeking a Customer Experience Analyst to join our team.  You will work on a team interacting with the company's customers and end users - affordable housing property owners and residents/applicants.  Your primary role will be to gather resident or applicant information, answer questions about the affordable housing process or the Company Plaform, and complete calculations required for compliance documentation. You will be an integral part of the team gathering user feedback that will directly shape our product roadmap and operations processes. As you become more proficient on our platform, you will have the opportunity to assist in customer implementations and training as we roll out our platform nationwide.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Support customer implementations, including customer the company's Platform configuration, form mapping, processing unit/rent rolls, and program research
• Guide customers in their use of the app in order to improve adoption and increase the efficiency of their workflows
• Monitor and analyze user behavior to track and improve user adoption
• Help report bugs to the engineering team and work with other team members to urgently resolve issues and test solves
• Provide feedback and define internal processes and best practices to improve customer experience
• Develop and improve customer-facing tools and documentation for more scalable, self-service learning
• Use the company's proprietary platform, request and review resident/applicant documents for household composition, income, and assets to determine eligibility for affordable housing
• Other tasks - this is a start-up; you will be asked to jump into many tasks way outside your job description!

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required! Entry level
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or internships with customer management
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new software

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Lending Operations Manager with lending administration support, including:
• Collecting the essential data required for processing lending applications and establishing communication with financial institutions to obtain pertinent loan information.
• Work with the Loans Officer to liaise with clients to confirm suitable loan structures and provide instructions to the banks.
• Check lending documents for details and changes.
• Handling the “fixed term expiry” process.
• Update and maintain loan details in the company’s CRM system. 
• Manage Asana Tasks:
• Follow the processes provided and escalate all instances falling outside the allowed process steps.
• Look for ways to increase efficiency and take ownership of various daily tasks.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in data capture and use.
• Be proactive in protecting client data and maintaining confidentiality and privacy.\
• Abide by the Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services.
• Abide by the Code of Conduct.
• Assist with projects as directed.

• 3+ years of administrative work experience.
• Essential requirement: US accent
  
• Background in Accounting and/ or Financial Advisory / Wealth Management a plus.\
• Strong attention to detail / highly organized.
• Strong Written and Oral English + interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.
• Computer/online savvy. Ability to use a variety of online applications including: Zoom, Google Suite and Office 365 tools (including Outlook).
• Experience with Asana (for task management) a plus.
• Ability to problem solve + high ability to “Get Stuff Done”.
• Ability to follow processes.
• Ability to stay up to date with the mortgage/lending market and products.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and unsupervised.
