Your Responsibilities  

The Business Information Research (BIR) Operations Manager will oversee a group of BIR Leads and/or analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. About the job:

The role is responsible for successfully coordinating all activities related to Client/Staffing Assistant schedules and staffing open shifts.  They are also responsible for spending part of their time conducting Staffing assistant interviews and assisting HR Coordinator with Staffing Assistant activities.

During the on-call periods in the evening, the role would be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, handling issues with our employees who are on shifts, as well as doing file-audits. • Build solid relationships and give financial support across all departments and to vendors.

• Supervise staff and oversee closing of several companies’ books. On a timely basis, analysis specific companies’ activities including agreements, resolutions, other documents and record necessary entries to reflect current transactions.
• Reconcile and analyze books and records and quickly and efficiently adjust books to reflect GAAP.
• Prepare SEC filings such as 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, management discussion and analysis and review of iXBRL while interacting closely with auditors and lawyers.
• Prepare full financial statements and notes to financials including balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in stockholders’ equity and cash flow statement. Prepare books for monthly  and quarterly reporting.
• Prepare and review audit supporting schedules and complete disclosure and inquiry checklist for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Analyze and explain differences from previous quarter. Assist in developing accounting policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP. Assist partners with various projects.
• Documentation of technical accounting memos for recent accounting pronouncements and complex accounting transactions

We are looking to hire talented and driven Design or PowerPoint Design professionals (PPT or previous work experience is not required, but a plus) in the Philippines for the role of Associate Design & Project Manager. Fluent English written and verbal is required.

As an Associate Design & Project Manager, you will work with a global network of people both internally at SlideHub and externally to deliver presentation designs for our clients. All new hires will go through a paid training program where they will learn the necessary skills to start working for our clients.

During the training period, you will be working from 14:00 - 22:00 PHT to align with our team of trainers.
