Summary of the Position

As a Customer Service Agent, it is your responsibility to act as a liaison between the management team and its customers. Gaining experience in managing customers' queries and concerns in a professional manner through constant communication, and ensuring the protection or brands from harmful content on various social media platforms. You will be trained and have experience in communicating effectively with customers,  analyzing information, conducting content moderation and ensuring a safe experience for all businesses and individuals around the world. 

Here’s What You Will Do:

• Solve customer problems in a professional and timely manner
• Send follow-up emails/messages to the customers regarding their concerns
• Respond to potential customers by providing accurate information about our products and services
• Use our online platform to monitor content
• Maintain constant communication with your shift manager to resolve any issues or questions
• Closely work with clients to ensure the safety of their online community, and that the policies and guidelines are being followed accordingly 
• Rapidly identify any online communication, whether it’s a plain text or a meme and stay up to date with the latest social media trends/lingo
• Understand brand policies and guidelines, in order to effectively analyze information and be able to make the correct decisions in moderating each content in a timely manner
• Work with various brands from different industries to detect, review and monitor all kinds of content

The Role

Become part of our dynamic, highly-dedicated and multi-lingual team of Customer Service Agents! We provide telephone and online services support in German, Spanish, Polish, Dutch, French, and English to our business customers, from Monday to Friday.

Currently, we're looking for a talented individual to join our German support team. Business Proficiency in English is also essential as it's our primary business language.

We are open to hire candidates in Lisbon (Portugal), and Manila (Philippines).

What you will do:

• Acting as first line support to our corporate customers – aiming to solve their technical queries by phone and email
• Tracking, collating and responding to customer issues within agreed timescales
• Escalating and liaising with our Technical Support (TS) in Portugal for more complicated cases
• Working closely with Service Account Managers to help develop, grow and retain customer accounts

What you will bring:

• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ticketing systems and customer service procedures.
• Knowledge of supporting GSM
• A professional telephone manner and call management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal skills in your first language- German is required
• Excellent written and verbal English skills – able to take technical information and translate into easily understandable language for customers.
• Exceptional customer relationship management skills – including handling complaints effectively
• Good teamwork, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and the ability to understand and follow technical processes accurately
• You may have gained this experience by working, for example, in Helpdesk, Customer Service or Call Centre roles; Mobile Handset support roles; the Telecoms sector: both GSM and VoIP.

As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding the clients’ products and services. In this position, you will collaborate with internal and external teams in handling the needs of the customer to provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Interact with customers to provide and process accurate, valid, and complete information with the highest degree of empathy, courtesy, and professionalism
• Perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved
• Ensure proper and timely escalation of issues to meet internal and external expectations

YOU HAVE…

• At least 2 years of Customer Support experience on either email, phone, or chat
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications
• Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills
• An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers, both verbally and in written form
• Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications
• Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind
• Intermediate understanding of common Customer Experience best practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
