Roles and Responsibilities:

• Order processing thru inbound and outbound calls           
• Reviews referrals and medical documents       
• Reviews insurance coverage 
• Will be trained for different functions as needed     

• At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably with customer service accounts handling medical accounts. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Must have good communications skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be willing to work on-site BUENDIA, MAKATI
