The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining good relations with our clients. This position will report directly to the Client Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Communicates efficiently with clients: providing quotations, processing orders, and responding to messages.
• Handles some sensitive issues, such as when a client needs a polite reminder to pay an overdue invoice

Dispatching:

• Appointment confirmations – Contact the superintendent to confirm the scheduled service 24 hours before. Agents are expected to send emails to management if needed.
• Rescheduling (technician emergency or holiday) – expected to do an outbound call and send an email to management regarding the changes of schedule.
• Scheduling. Call tenants and schedule specific service requested by management. Expected to check the scheduler and the availability of the technicians.
