Duties and Responsibilities:

• This role will be responsible for support ticket management on Discord and help customers with their memberships.
• They'll need to be organized and be able to quickly read through a ticket and understand the customer issue.
• They'll be managing multiple tickets/emails per day all at once.
• Processing refunds
• Looking into member accounts to resolve issues/inquiries, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2-5 years of related Customer Service experience
• Experience using Discord is a huge plus. (Discord moderation, etc.)
• Experience with Whop.com is advantageous but not required (training will be provided)
• Excellent oral & written communication skills (English language)
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Ability to multi-task
