Role Overview and Objectives

The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for ensuring all Incidents or Request are updated in a timely manner

The core objectives and responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst include:

1. Ensure the best service for every request

2. Adhere to the prescribed process and procedures

3. Manage self-performance and support the team

Responsibility

The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for:

· Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions, including escalations

· Address every request with an appropriate response (resolve or re-assign)

· To manage customer-related incidents ensuring a speedy resolution within the SLAs

· To assist the Field Technicians and NT Engineers in troubleshooting and resolution of problems

· To Assist in the Administration of Network Infrastructure

· Follow guidelines/script and ensure every customer interaction is quality compliant

· Log all requests and update the database as per the guidelines

· Maintain security of the network

· Keep manager updated on potential risks and performance deficiencies proactively

· Regularly updates product knowledge and technical skills using available resources

· Incorporate Datacom values into team interactions

Position : Customer Experience Associate

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern time | 10PM to 6AM Philippine time

Pay Range : USD 900 - 1,100/month

About the role:

In this role, you will assist the Senior Director of Customer Experience with all customer support related needs- working in both a strategic and task-oriented capacity. This person must be passionate about people, extremely organized, and has the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

What you’ll do

• Provide “real-time” chat, phone, and email support
• Ability to update client status to completion in our CRM system
• Report on client activity and trends
• Drive positive customer outcomes through saved revenue and churn mitigation
• Ability to identify, track and measure positive customer outcomes 
• Ability to manage the expectations and questions of our clients
• Prioritize, multi-task, and handle a continuously evolving environment
• Research and resolve each client interaction to their utmost satisfaction
• Complete other duties as assigned

Who you are:

• Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries on a daily basis (including, email, live chat, phone support, etc.)
• Excels in self-direction, self-pacing, and working independently
• Keep a cool head, a “nothing is beneath me attitude” and be able to reprioritize on the fly
• Previous experience in customer support in a fast-paced environment preferred

Over-all Purpose and Responsibility:

This role consists of four main parts:

• General office support to the lending team
• Gathering data from clients required for lending applications (Thru calls)
• Update and maintain loan details in the company’s CRM system
• Refixing existing clients' lending

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide the Lending Operations Manager with lending administration support, including:

1. Collecting the essential data required for processing lending applications and establishing communication with financial institutions to obtain pertinent loan information.
2. Work with the Loans Officer to liaise with clients to confirm suitable loan structures and provide instructions to the banks.
3. Check lending documents for details and changes.
4. Handling the “fixed term expiry” process.
5. Update and maintain loan details in the company’s CRM system.

• Manage Asana Tasks:

1. Follow the processes provided and escalate all instances falling outside the allowed process steps.
2. Look for ways to increase efficiency and take ownership of various daily tasks.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy in data capture and use.
• Be proactive in protecting client data and maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
• Abide by the Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services.
• Abide by the Code of Conduct.
• Assist with projects as directed.

• 3+ years of administrative work experience.
• Strong attention to detail / highly organized.
• Strong Written and Oral English + interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.
• Computer/online savvy.
• Ability to use a variety of online applications including Zoom, Google Suite and Office 365 tools (including Outlook).
• Ability to problem solve + high ability to “Get Stuff Done”.

• Ability to stay up to date with mortgage/lending market and products.

• Essential requirement: US accent
• Background in Accounting and/ or Financial Advisory / Wealth Management a plus.
