About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develops, negotiates and secures Management sign-off of   Service Agreements with Partners including the service scope, expected output, costs and service levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure client data is accurately recorded in all business systems according to agreed processes (CRM Management)
• Accurate and timely preparation of various reports.
