Job Brief:

This role is primarily responsible for providing routine transactional support on assigned time and labor processes to ensure the accurate posting of timecard transactions based on standard processes and in compliance with relevant regulations & policies.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Performs assigned tasks related to timesheets such as compiling, reviewing, and posting of timekeeping data.

Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Lead reports to the O2C Global Process Owner. The role will also work very closely with our, Commercial Team, Support Centre and relevant in-country teams. They required to have a strong focus on executing, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the billing process across the region.
