Scope of Role

About the Role:

As a Team Lead, you will be at the core of the client’s operations, significantly impacting team performance and enhancing their service delivery. You will oversee one of the 6 areas within the care team (Enrollment, Medical Assistance, Billing/Orders, Finance, Inbound, and Cancellations), guiding your team toward operational excellence and fostering continuous growth among its members.
