Department Overview – Group Commercial

The Group Commercial unit englobes the Sales, Relationship Management, Client Services, Marketing, and Product Development teams of IQ-EQ. Group Commercial is the department responsible for the retention of our existing client base in coordination with the rest of the Group, and responsible for overseeing business growth efforts on behalf of IQ-EQ.

One of our key objectives is to grow our profitable portfolio of clients, manage the existing relationship, building long-term relationships, and to ensure the full satisfaction with the services received from IQ-EQ.

Department Overview – Sales Operations & Enablement

Sales Operations is responsible for:

• Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Commercial activity across the broader team
• Increase sales effectiveness and productivity by providing centralized content deliver business productivity and efficiencies of day-to-day processes
• To embed global disciplines & consistencies
• Delivery of first-class proposals / RFPs
• Management, maintenance, and reporting of GSS Commercial budgets
• Management of regular and ad hoc Sales Operations Communications
• Data intelligence and reporting to drive sales and management MI
• Identify Risks to plan and remediation planning and execution 

About the Role:

An essential role that supports the proposal development process, securing new business and strengthening existing client relationships. You’ll coordinate and produce the bid (RFI, RFP, etc.) document for Tier 2 and 3 deals and contribute to maintaining the bid database. You will also be supporting a proposal manager on key strategic and transformational opportunities.

As IQ-EQ Bid Support, you will be an organised, detail oriented and the ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines. You'll be the glue that holds our bid process together, assisting with research, data gathering, document formatting, and logistics. Role & Responsibilities

Proposal development and management:

• Lead the proposal creation process from receipt to final submission, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, client timeframes and IQ-EQ strategy.
• Coordinate proposal input from subject matter experts across the organization to validate and gather new responses
• Champion internal proposal timelines, collaboration tools, document management and version control best practices
• Contribute to the maintenance of the bid database by enhancing existing content, sourcing new content and remaining up to date with database produce developments

Client engagement and relationship building:

• Collaborate with sales teams to gather expertise and ensure a unified winning approach
• Present proposals for clients with confidence and professionalism, answering questions and addressing concerns effectively

Role Overview

The Application Support Analyst role is responsible for second level support and maintenance of managed Datacom client applications through its lifecycle. This role includes day-to-day incident and problem management across multiple clients in the Application Management team. The Application Support Analyst will communicate with the client, and the internal Application management teams within the specified timeframe that meets specifications and/or SLA’s. Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day processing of employee travel and expense reports in a timely manner
• Audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements
• Assist employees with questions regarding the Travel and Expense Policy, SAP Concur, and general inquiries regarding business travel and expenses

• Manage and maintain documentation templates.

• Invoicing assistance and debt follow ups

• Answers incoming phone calls
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Responds to customer’s email inquiries in a timely manner
• Process orders, forms, warranty and claims
• Provides product and service information to customers
• Manages and updates customer databases
• Data processing and maintaining accurate Customer and Material Master Data
• Research required information using available resources
• Manages and resolve customer complaints
• Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
• Administrative and Ad hoc tasks (e.g., marketing related, update master data such as credit limit, customer information through raising Workon etc.)

Salary: P35,000 to P40,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer support, service, or help desk, and ideally within the financial industry.
• Prior experience in lending, particularly in a consumer-facing or phone-based capacity, with a preference for Australian mortgage lending.
• An exceptional communicator with outstanding customer service skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and excellent organizational skills. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

What will you do?

Inbound / Outbound Calls

• Ensures timely response to inbound calls.
• Efficiently resolves inquiries by addressing the root cause to meet customer needs.
• Initiates outbound calls as needed to address customer concerns.
• Adopts a "First Time Right" approach to resolve inquiries promptly whenever feasible.

Help Desk Ticket Management

• Supervise and oversee email and live chat communications.
• Handle a queue of support tickets with conflicting priorities.
• Investigate, address, or prioritize tickets using outbound calls, emails, or chats.
• Elevate tickets to the appropriate internal team or third-party partner with all relevant details when necessary.
• Keep customers informed about ongoing issues in a consistent and timely manner following SLAs.
