Position Overview:

This position reports to Group Director-Marketing Strategy and Thailand Operations and is responsible for creating and implementing an Events & Promotions strategy and lead activities in Philippines. The objective for this role consists of generating qualified leads, tours and package sales in line with budgeted targets, together with Quality Control, team management and training. The Marketing Events and Promotions Manager is also responsible for opening new locations and looking for new activities and events to increase sales possibilities, while controlling marketing cost and deliver as budgeted VPG. This person should also train, coach and groom the new Marketing Events and Promotions sales staff on how to approach to customers and generate qualified leads and tours for Anantara Vacation Club, given the standards and corporate branding protocols. Furthermore, the role also includes the involvement of oversee concept creation, managing design, purchasing and managing event vendors from beginning to the end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop overall strategy for Events and Promotions team goals in Philippines

• Assisting customers with the activation and setup of their product and services

• Number of before and after's shared in app community (per month)
• Share Your Journey Challenge (SYJC) content - number of useable before and afters
• Streamline process for storing and sharing reviews from all platforms

• Good oral and written communication skills (English language).

• At least 1 year of experience in community management, partnership management, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and nurture communities and drive engagement through various channels.
• Experience in managing strategic partnerships and working with organizations and influencers.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in planning and executing campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
