• Implement and observe all Acquire BPO conditions of employment and policy guidelines (with particular regard to personal conduct, presentation, behaviour).

The Analytics & Insights Competency Training Manager will oversee the learning and development of Manila Regional Center talent pool.  He drives the development/design and deployment of competency-based learning program curriculum and provides various functional/technical training tools and initiatives to help upskill associates.

We are looking for our 2nd customer support agent, to help answer daily inquiries and troubleshooting from users. An example workflow is reading the customers support email in Front, checking your own app to determine if you see the issue from user’s end, deciphering what might actually be the root cause of the customers issue and then responding with a pre-written template or asking clarifying questions. Some tasks will require accessing our backend software to reset a user’s account, export their data to send to them, or triage.

This person will get onboarding from the direct team and the current support agent, who will be available for questions. While we do not expect 24/7 coverage and immediate replies to customers, the two support agents will need to coordinate such that one person is working each day, which means you should expect to work 1 day per weekend and to get 1 day per week off. eg. work on Sunday, but have Tuesday totally off.

Key Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Google Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Google Ads Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Google Ad campaigns, creating and optimizing ad campaigns, and collaborating with a team of marketers, Google Ads specialists, and engineers. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns:

Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages:

Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns:

Analyze and optimize PPC campaigns to increase ROI:

• Conduct a thorough analysis of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
• Implement strategies to enhance PPC campaign performance.

Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices:

• Develop and manage display campaigns for various devices.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility:

• Formulate and implement strategies to enhance online visibility.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in PPC and online advertising.

Collaborate with a team of marketers, Google Ads specialists, and engineers:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and goals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with international businesses.
• Learning Attitude: Demonstrable experience in marketing with the potential and attitude required to learn and adapt.
• Campaign Management: Proven experience in leading cross-channel marketing campaigns, paid ads management, and email campaigns.
• Analytical Skills: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Numerical Literacy: Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
• Creativity: A sense of aesthetics and a passion for great copy and witty communication.
• Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
