Position Summary

The Service Engineer is responsible for providing high quality customer support through on-site services as well as leading product commissioning, maintenance, repairing and training. He/she will be supporting customers through the service team and directly on the hotline or email. This is a permanent full-time role with frequent inter-state and occasional overseas travel.

Key responsibilities:

• Service management, process optimization, service offers and proposals

• Hands-on Solar PV experience for 2 years min. (project installation and
• commissioning).

JOB PURPOSE:

Customer Experience Specialists work as part of the broader Customer Experience Team tasked with providing best in class service to our clients. The Customer Account Analyst is responsible for managing the customers account from day one (1) account set-up to ordering payment cycle: ensuring accurate recording, analyzing, reporting and reconciliation of all accounts receivables. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our partners achieve their goals through the GIG platform. You’ll work closely with partners to design, execute, and optimize their campaigns while building long-term relationships that drive mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Onboarding: Develop, refine and guide partners through the onboarding process, including quest design, tech integrations, and campaign setup.
• Campaign Management: Collaborate with partners to align quests with their objectives, ensuring smooth execution and high engagement rates.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within GIG, advocating for features, improvements, and support tailored to partner needs.
• Retention & Expansion: Foster strong relationships with partners to ensure retention and identify opportunities for expanding engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and tech teams to address partner needs and resolve issues efficiently.

• Experience: 3-5 years in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably within SaaS, gaming, or marketing platforms.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with tech integrations, APIs, and campaign performance tools is a plus .
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Accounts/ Customer Sales Management (60%)

1. Delivery of  accounts revenue and volume targets 

2. Execution of agreed channel and customer KPIs (availability, pricing, display and activations)

This role will lead and direct the activities of the accounts receivable team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that client billings are being issued timely, and customer collections are being followed up on regularly. The position requires a highly motivated  individual with a proven background in billing and collections. The position also requires a fundamental knowledge and experience with month end close procedures, controls, analytics, foreign currency issues, and effective management of people and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of Accounts Receivable function including, billings,  application of cash to open receivables, reconciliation of billed A/R, customer collections, and optimizing cash flow.
• Oversee all aspects of the Billing function including managing contractual deadlines, reviewing invoices and revenue recognition.
• Communicate effectively with staff as well as the various departments that play a role in the Billing and A/R functions.
• Oversee the collections team, ensuring regular leadership reporting of aged receivables
• Ensure that all billings are generated and sent to customers timely.
• Oversee the reconciliation of Accounts Receivable related accounts such as: accounts receivable, unbilled receivables and bad debt. Identify and resolve potential general ledger versus project activity balance variances.
• Lead monthly meetings with the sales RVPs to ensure they have regular communications regarding their clients invoicing and past due amounts.
• Review and update the bad debt provision quarterly and adjust the audit memo annually.
• Review the monthly Accounts Receivable flux analysis for both P&L and BS, providing the final copy to the Controller.
• Leads process improvement initiatives, finding solutions to complex billing, revenue and accounts receivable issues.
• Assist with audit requests and special projects as assigned.
• Communicate and work alongside key stakeholders including FP&A.
• Be the key contact for the internal and external auditors to ensure real time collective support on approach to given matters.
• Develop and maintain the performance of the team directly and indirectly through Team Leaders, including recruiting, coaching, performance management and developing the team as is needed.
