Job Description

In this Communications Manager role, your responsibilities would be focused on internal communications for the Legal Compliance Risk and Assurance area (LCRA) as well as administrative support tasks for the General Counsel. • Perform 3-way matching in SAP for all incoming invoices

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

• Support other IQ-EQ departments, provide and share AML/KYC expertise during day to day business
• Responsible of a portfolio of investors and clients for AML/KYC onboarding and periodic review process
• Making sure every file is duly monitored and that appropriate actions are taken for incomplete KYC file, including, but not limited to reminders, phone calls and organisation of meetings
• Maintaining a client data base with accurate and up to date information
• Motivate, monitor and assist the team
• Provide regular feedback to Head and Management

• Managing the KYC team
• Answer emails/queries from internal and external parties in a timely manner
