Job Role:

This role is crucial for presenting evidence of improvement activities through reporting data and analysis to a wide business and IT audience.

Responsibilities:

• Track & report metric performance against SLAs and drive improvements to enhance service levels.
• Understand service delivery and end-user technology.
• Use specialized knowledge in Power BI, Service Now, and other tools to generate reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Interpret data to provide knowledge and insight, identifying the reasons behind the numbers.
• Apply critical thinking skills for impact analysis and root cause analysis.
• Create and manage data pipelines as needed, ensuring reliable data flow from multiple sources for further data processing or data visualization.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Job Title: PowerBI Reports Creator & Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Reproduce and enhance existing reports within PowerBI.
• Demonstrate advanced expertise in PowerBI, including Data Flow, Direct Query, managing Multiple Data Sources, and setting up comprehensive Data Models.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver automated document extraction and data enrichment solutions.

• Manipulate data using Python or SQL Server; develop ad hoc queries to investigate data anomalies and to summarize data for pattern detection.
