• Define a customer strategy to support business objectives and deliver it through market-leading customer experiences.

• Work with internal stakeholders, including tech engineers, product managers, designers, and support, to define best practices and develop marketing strategies that drive conversion and community engagement.

We would need you to be or have the following:

• Minimum 4+ years experience in a similar growth or performance marketing role
• Experience across paid social media is a key element of this role
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, from strategy through to delivery
• Previous proven success driving customer strategy and implementing effective marketing communication across varied channels
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, how to target customers effectively and different regulations that impact CRM effort
• Proficient in Google Analytics
• Experience with all industry paid channels
• Proven experience running and analysing A/B tests
• Proficient use of Excel and management of large data sets
• Must have strong technical expertise and date industry and platform knowledge with marketing technology, search and direct data insights
• Must have full knowledge of digital service space, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, EDM, and social media marketing
