What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, recruitment, human resources, corporate communications, marketing, or relevant fields.
• Extensive understanding of talent acquisition processes, recruitment marketing, and employer branding strategies.
• Offshoring and Regional experience/perspective is a plus.
• Demonstrates excellent business English communication, content writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team, with strong organizational and project management abilities and great attention to detail.

What will you do?

• Lead all advertisement to the marketing campaign.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tools to track and report key performance indicators.
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
• Optimize conversion rates at each stage of the customer funnel, identifying and addressing potential drop-offs.

Responsibilities 

• The Portfolio Governance Manager will work alongside the Portfolio Governance Director to support the successful delivery of the Group portfolio of projects.  
• Ensures effective monitoring of the portfolio and preparing high-quality reports to help aid decision making of our senior leaders through forums such as the Group Transformation Committee (GTC), the Global Management Team (GMT) and Group Supervisory Board (GSB). 
• Defines and implements Change Delivery Framework processes, ensuring fit for purpose and continued improvement of the Portfolio Governance Handbook document through regular and relevant process updates and collaboration with Operations leaders and Portfolio Governance Finance Partners. 
• Facilitate Onboarding and training sessions to Project Managers, Programme Managers and others as deemed necessary to educate and advocate the Change Delivery Framework. 
• Provides Data Quality assurance by reviewing and monitoring Project statuses, project submissions (e.g. Project Briefs, Change Requests, PID submissions)  
• Contributes positively to the ongoing development of the Portfolio Governance and wider Change Delivery team and their ways of working  

Tasks 

• Providing guidance to Project Managers in applying the overall approach to delivering individual projects with adherence to the Change Delivery Framework. 
• Ownership of the Projects Monday.com Board and ensuring quality and integrity of data, and maintaining the forward pipeline of projects  
• Identifying dependencies, conflicts, and opportunities for synergies throughout the portfolio  
• Support delivery of the portfolio by providing analysis that feeds into and informs the capture of portfolio risks, issues, trends, and presents solutions  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders from all areas of the business utilising appropriate use of diagrams, graphs and other mechanisms as required 
• Ownership on the preparation and publication of monthly governance meetings packs, owning the provision of regular key metrics and other ad-hoc data points and analysis as needed  
• Manage workshops and meetings to support portfolio governance delivery including production of inputs (Agendas / packs) and outputs (minutes etc)  
• Monitor and report on adherence to internal project methodology and governance including use of approved templates and checklists

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the daily workflow of the department
• Leads the franchising and business development initiatives
• Monitors and tracks the effectiveness of franchising campaigns
• Tracks all franchising and business development data and creates written reports and presentations to bring to the top management
• Works with the executive team, marketing managers, and department heads, to set the franchising strategy for the brands
• Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, locations, and franchising opportunities
• Ensures that all franchisees are aligned with the brand standardization, procedures, promotions, guidelines, rules and regulations

Requirements

• At least 2 Years of experience as a Operations Manager.

• At least 2 Years of experience in Telco Sales / Service account

• Knowledge of billing procedures, collection techniques and upsell.

• Knowledge of Outlier management and coaching techniques.

• Proven experience and knowledge as a Resolution Supervisor

• Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.

• Comfortable working with targets to exceed our client’s expectations.

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

• Organization, proper decision-making, and analytical problem-solving skills.
