• Various digital marketing materials such as social media posts, digital brochures, posters, banners, articles, newsletters, and media productions. Creation of training resources in Elucidat.
• Support in organizing events. Handling ad hoc tasks as needed by the teams.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. The Media Relations Manager plays a key role in strengthening the company’s brand and reputation by maintaining good relationships with the media, communicating key company messages through traditional and new media platforms, and helping to manage PR issues as needed. This person will be responsible for:

• Building, growing and maintaining a robust media network
• Bridging the relationship between foodpanda and the media and creating a positive brand image
• PItching stories to the press and generating coverage
• Organizing press conferences, interviews and other media engagements
• Preparing detailed reports on media coverage, SOV and sentiment
• Handling critical issues with the media if/when they arise

Reporting to the Head of Communications and Public Affairs, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing foodpanda’s public policy strategy and programs to optimize the business and operating environment. Working collaboratively with various business functions in foodpanda, the successful candidate will be a key contributor in maintaining the company’s good reputation and standing among the communities in which we operate.

• Help develop foodpanda’s internal public policy strategy and programmes on topics relating to the tech and food delivery sector, including but not limited to employment, gig work, sustainability, competition, as well as consumer & data protection
•  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement foodpanda’s policy stance and programs
• Help build foodpanda’s stakeholder network within the public sector, academia, professional associations, NGOs, and more, both at the central and local levels (travel to provinces, regional company offices, and other key locations are required)
• Communicate and advocate for foodpanda’s policy positions by (a) drafting position papers on proposed legislation, (b) responding to concerns from government stakeholders, (c) developing policy communications materials in consultation with key internal stakeholders such as PR/communications, legal and operations; and (d) where needed, represent foodpanda at government meetings/Congressional hearings
• Contribute to foodpanda’s efforts in uplifting riders, vendors, and our communities through relevant initiatives
• Identify and pursue partnerships with government agencies, key opinion leaders, or credible organizations to build thought leadership
• Drive the implementation of these initiatives and programmes, and track and review the effectiveness of the same

The Research and Analytics Manager is part of the Publicis Media Data Intelligence team, responsible for supporting integrated data, research, reporting and analytics requirements through proprietary and syndicated products and solutions.  The thrust is to enhance operational efficiency and scale solutions, further bringing incremental value and growth to Publicis clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Solve complex business challenges through advanced analytics such as Market Mix Modelling, Attribution Studies, Predictive Modelling, etc
• Collaborate with media teams to understand needs and application of advanced analytical methods to enhance their strategies and campaigns
• Manage analytics project stakeholders through requirements gathering, solution design, planning, implementation and reporting/presentation

• The Learning Designer will work collaboratively, in partnership with the Learning Advisor and Team Lead, to build engaging, best-in-class learning content.
• Conceptualize and Creates system training including interactive, animated videos that teach users in short learning intervals.
• Leverages knowledge from adult learning theories, design guidelines, and technical knowledge to create visually appealing and engaging trainings.
• Can provide direction and advice on which training materials and modalities best fit the project’s learning needs.
• Has the ability to translate Subject Matter Expert knowledge and vision into on-demand learning that engages the learner and keeps them coming back.
• Researches and stays on top of learning industry design best practices.
• Build surveys, assessments, and evaluation tools for learning activities and evaluate learner feedback, leveraging it to improve learning design and delivery.
• Address critical and unique issues with the guidance of Team Lead for timely resolution of escalated issues. Identify risks and propose ways to prevent occurrence of similar issues and concerns.
• Create and update SOP/DTP of current and new processes.
• Perform complex tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, procedures, and SOX & internal controls.
• Resolve identified issues and keep the Team Lead updated for open or ongoing concerns.
• Work with Team Lead to develop process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
