Position Overview

Lead and develop marketing and sales strategies, plan/programs to ensure achievement of budget and extending the life cycle of the brands. The Product Manager should be able to utilize traditional marketing and digital platforms to initiate activations and engage stakeholders.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Principal Accountabilities:

Brand Management

• Principal management and implementation of brand plans and strategies
• Management of brand A&P
• Increase brand’s market share and sales growth

Traditional Marketing

• Marketing calendar output, promotions and animations planning
• PR, KOL engagement and seeding
• Channel operations

Digital Marketing

• Marketing calendar output, social media planning
• Digital ad planning
• Digital placements on retailer digital platforms

Training

• Collaborates and coordinates required trainings

Visual Merchandising

• Executes VM plans and updates

Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience with background in Brand Management, Sales and Marketing. Background in retail or beauty industry.
• 1-2 years managerial experience
• Excellent oral and written communications in the English language
• Solid analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills
• Knowledgeable in MS office application
• Possess winning attitude in handling internal and external customers.

Other Essential Must haves:

Education:

• Degree in Business/Marketing or relevant discipline

The main objective of this position is to maintain and build long-term relationships with stores in the region and ensure quality consistency across each location. Coordinate marketing activities, marketing research, and brand and intellectual property management.

This position is responsible for facilitating the delivery of our client’s strategic goals through:

• Planning and implementing brand and communication strategies.
• Overseeing the implementation of all communication and brand materials.
• Supervising the team and evaluating performance; and, Delivering hands-on in the area of brand and communication as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• This position will report to two line of businesses and assist in team activities including but not limited to:
• Retail sales reporting and analysis.
• Consumer and market research project execution and analysis.
• Review sales forecasts; and,
• Coordinate meetings and arrange samples.
• Participate in Expositions related to the Pet Food Industry.
• Preparation of long-term plans and marketing presentations.
• Development and execution of marketing plans with the Headquarters.
• Keep full and proper books of account and records, submit sales reports regularly according to the timelines of the Headquarters.
• Regular evaluation of market and consumer trends.
• Increase standards of customer service.
• Communicate with clients regularly.
• Ensure quality consistency across the region.Maximize sales and profitability in the region.
• Set and meet sales targets for individual locations.

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in handling SM Group key accounts is a must.
• Should have working experience in the FMCG industry.
• Must be willing to travel within and outside of the country for business trips.
• Experience in dealing with distributors and supermarket buyers is a must.

Advantageous:

• A business degree is a plus
• Experience on the pet food industry is a plus.

• Lead a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and present workforce data to various stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data visualization tools to effectively communicate workforce metrics and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for workforce management, aligning them with organizational goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights to optimize workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational processes

As Analytics Manager of Workforce Management, You Have…

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant certifications 
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in workforce management analytics, with a demonstrated track record of progressively responsible roles in data analysis, reporting, and workforce planning within a global business environment
• Prior experience managing a team of analysts and leading workforce analytics projects from conception implementation is a plus
• Understanding and concept of Workforce Management Proficiency in workforce management analytics, including experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead a team of analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling techniques applied to workforce data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and strategies to drive operational improvements and achieve business objectives
