The Software Release Engineer will be working in the newly established Release Management Hub team in Makati (Metro Manila), taking care of Avaloq software releases for our clients in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

We build, configure, and deploy various software artifacts in test, integration, and production environments. You will be responsible for a defined set of customers and support them during various SDLC phases and go live.

Your key tasks

• You will be involved in planning and rollout of various Avaloq products in the controlled environments.
• You will have end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of releases into the Live environments.
• Accountable for release scope validation with project managers and delivery managers.
• Ensures technical validation of all releases are completed and reported for the Go Live.
• Create and manage implementation plan, release meetings and production cutover.
• Taking responsibility for software packaging, code merge and log analysis of Avaloq core and front platforms
• Collaborating with specialists of different areas for the implementation of cross-domain activities
• Building trustworthy relations with internal and external stakeholders as developers, Project Managers, Test Managers and Client Managers.
• Document and educate the users on release, configuration, DevOps, and deployment management best practices.

Please take good note of the fact that you will work with clients based in Europe; for this reason, we have established shifts to accommodate various time zones. These include regular office hours (Manila time), mid-shifts (up to 1:00 AM), as well as on-call availability services.

As RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and establishing automation capabilities at Arch Insurance. You will support the RPA team with solution definition, build and implementation of RPA opportunities across Operations, Claims, Finance and Underwriting teams. This includes coordinating with Business SME’s and members of the Strategic Analytics (SA) team.

• Solution Development - building solutions in accordance with standard and internal design principles, conventions, and best practice using RPA
• Solution Design - working closely with the RPA Business Analyst as well as directly with business stakeholders to deeply understand the current state and design the most efficient and optimal to-be solution.
• Optimization - adopting continuous improvement mindset to all business processes
• Impact Analysis - awareness of how changes, including new or updated processes and automations will impact the business operations and customers.
• Maintain and demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of toolsets used, industry software developments and best practice standards.
• Virtual Workforce Management – deploying automated processes in line with established Arch Change Control practices.
• Adhere to the RPA framework put in place, and ensuring status of all assigned tasks is regularly updated and all technical documentation is kept up to date
• Testing – working closely with the RPA Business Analyst authoring detailed business & technical testing scenarios and running System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Initially support and maintain existing Live automations – including root cause analysis, clean-up and bug fixes, in line with established Arch Change Control practices.

We are looking for a Cloud Automation Engineer (Systems Engineer) that will be responsible for various build and maintenance tasks primarily within Azure and some AWS. 

They may be assigned tasks to build specific resources related to specific projects.  This engineer might also review the existing cloud resources for cleanup and cost saving opportunities.  They will also be assigned automation related work including building automation infrastructure, automating specific administration tasks and creating automations to be used by our customers.  We are also moving to an IaC model using TerraForm.

As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in the product development process, from conceptualization to implementation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create user-centric designs that meet both user needs and business goals.

• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and interactions.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and provide support during the implementation phase.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Maintain design consistency and standards across products and platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and user experience.

We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our team who will be responsible for testing automation solutions built using UiPath and Alteryx. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both tools and experience in software testing methodologies. 

• Design and develop test cases for automation workflows created in UiPath and Alteryx. 
• Execute test plans and scenarios for all functional areas of our products. 
• Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing. 
• Work closely with developers to ensure defects are correctly identified and fixed. 
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved. 
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing automation processes. 
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and business SMEs) to identify system requirements. 
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions. 
• Create Dashboards and reports to show testing status and results.
