Role Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and securing top-tier software engineering and AI talent to support our continued growth. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while helping our team scale operations and innovate.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s ability to hire world-class talent and maintain operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting exceptional people with exceptional companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers regarding candidate progress.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding & Outreach
- Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Partner with marketing to create engaging content that showcases our culture and career opportunities.
- Leverage social media to amplify the company employer brand.
- Market Research & Analytics
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics to advise on competitive hiring strategies.
- Use data to optimize recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
- Process Improvement
- Continuously refine recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Develop strategies to reduce time-to-hire while maintaining quality.
Immediate Tasks for Week 1:
- Familiarize yourself with the company's mission, values, and team structure.
- Review and refine job descriptions for open software and AI engineering roles.
- Begin sourcing candidates for high-priority roles, ensuring a focus on quality and speed.
- Coordinate interviews for candidates in the pipeline and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Develop an initial recruitment plan to address short- and long-term hiring needs.
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on software or AI engineering roles.
- Proven success recruiting for mid-to-senior-level engineering positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with top-tier talent and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software engineering and AI technologies to assess candidate qualifications.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with recruiting for AI, machine learning, or data science roles.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, including salary benchmarks and market dynamics.
