What You’ll Do

Payroll

Position: Operations Manager/Chief Operations Officer (COO)

About the Role:

We are currently on the hunt for a skilled, experienced, and dedicated Operations Manager/COO to oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce stores. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics along with skills in project management, supply chain, HR, and operations management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities of our e-commerce stores.
• Organize and manage supply chain logistics to ensure products are supplied to meet business targets.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Spearheaded the recruitment process of new team members, identified future hiring needs, and ensured team growth aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee human resource management, including staff training, performance evaluations, and promotions.
• Exercise advanced project management skills in planning, monitoring, and controlling different projects effectively.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and increase customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategies and set goals for growth.
• Monitor performance and report on metrics.
• Handle any crises or problems that might affect operations.

• Proven experience as Operations Manager, COO or in a similar role.
• Experience in ecommerce business operations.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, evaluation) and supply chain procedures.
• Understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, and marketing.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relative field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
