• Own the full recruitment cycle for LB across the Philippines

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Sales / Service Efficiency

• Achieve monthly Key Performance Index (KPI) and Sales targets

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is diverse, as it will cover responsibility across multiple companies and people. 

About 50 - 60% of time will be spent directly supporting the Managing Director (MD) and his companies, with the remaining time supporting the team at one specific company in Dubai.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a database of SOP's for the exec and companies, particularly around repeatable tasks.
• Managing various email inboxes and responding on behalf of the MD (where appropriate).

Function: Provide high-level administrative support for directors to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the schedules and communications for directors. 

Duties include:

• Organizing email inboxes and working towards responding to all emails requiring a response — drafting emails when needed
• Managing calendars, setting up meetings and updating with workflow meetings and tasks
• Assisting directors with time management and task prioritization
• Collecting and keeping data current and organized in CRM

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an executive assistant
• High School degree
• PA diploma or certification is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
