De-risking the UG mining operation against adverse geotechnical conditions that present a risk to the short and long-term objectives of the Didipio operation.  This job includes providing geotechnical support and education to the workforce providing technical support to establish safe and efficient paste-filling operations, monitoring the implementation of the ground control management and paste-fill management plans and performing daily to monthly geotechnical functions of the geotechnical section. • Oversee the stoping process including preparation to execution of stope designs, reconciliation of completed stopes, and communicating stoping activities to operations and contractors
