Position: Financial Analyst

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM 

Salary Range: $1,500 - $2,500/ month (Depending on the interview result and the client's approval)

• Analyzing and summarizing all due diligence materials related to the credit quality of businesses or assets being acquired or owned by ASC, including the analysis of the company or asset’s historical and present financial condition, products and/or services, sales and marketing strategies, customer and supplier base, industry dynamics, competitive position, management team, and financial projections;
• Working with the Senior leadership to manage the due diligence, screening, and underwriting approval processes;
• Assisting with the syndication process on transactions in which ASC is leading the financings;
• Fulfilling all portfolio management requirements including on-going credit analysis, reporting and follow-on credit activities (amendments, recapitalizations, acquisitions, restructurings, etc.);
• Supporting the firm’s efforts to attract, develop, and retain best-in-class origination, underwriting and portfolio management talent.

• Strong finance and accounting skills along with an intense attention to detail.

The Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our reporting infrastructure within Business Operations. This role is centered on the technical aspects of report creation and management, particularly in our evolving call center environment. The focus will be on ensuring accurate, high-quality, timely reporting deliverables.

Key responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and regularly updating various reports and dashboards. The Reporting Analyst will primarily use tools like MS Excel, Power Query, and various database management systems. Proficiency in data manipulation, creating and editing macros, and translating data into understandable and visually appealing reports is essential. This role will contribute significantly to our ability to generate clear and impactful reports that support our analytics projects and strategic initiatives.

• Manage and maintain the e-commerce calendar on product launches, newsletter campaigns, marketing, and operations.
• Furthering our brand strategy & messaging for our existing brands in order to build community and loyalty.
• Optimize on site messaging, navigation, operations, CX content, and product description pages.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses on site performance, product launches, post sales experience, omni channel initiatives, competitor landscape, and UX.

Supply Chain

• Coordinate vendor communications regarding supply chain, logistics, and product development.
• Partner closely with the Customer Service and Merchandising team on all site needs and projects.

Product Development

• Assist with our product development & testing projects to find the next great product or brand.
• Assist with A/B testing new features, suggest improvements, and work with developers to implement.
• Assist with identifying, sourcing, and scaling new product lines to increase the LTV of customers.

• Has a 4-year Bachelor’s degree from a university (University of the Philippines/Ateneo/La Salle).
• Has a degree in Business Administration/Management, Business Economics, Management Engineering, or Applied Math with a specialization in mathematical finance, or anything similar.
• Strong communicator - Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with any productivity, project management, or communication tools.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Ideal/Preferred/Nice to Have:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in the role.
• Familiar with tools such as Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, Google Slides, Shopify, and Data Analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
