QA is an expert in conducting end-to-end monitoring and feedback, reinforcing positive agent behaviors that will result to customer satisfaction, and reforming those that result to negative customer experience.  QA shall be able to assess how transactions are handled, and identify the areas that need improvement.

QA shall ensure that all agent-customer interactions result to positive experience and are performed in accordance to pre-determined compliance guidelines, through, but not limited to:

·         Live or recorded monitoring of agent interactions (both voice and non-voice) ensuring compliance to pre-determined quality guidelines.

·         Meeting the required number of evaluations on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis.

·         Provide accurate and impartial judgement on all transaction evaluations.

·         Regular coaching sessions with agents to reinforce good behavior and reform opportunities

·         Reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly monitoring scores or any quality-related performance together with root-cause/data analysis and recommended action items.

·         Reporting of critical errors to Operations, Training, and HR, and monitor if the concerned party has completed the relevant corrective action procedures.  

·         Attending administrative hearings and deliberations resulting from the critical error callouts.

·         Facilitating QA rollouts and guidelines orientations for new-hires, and certifying agents prior to official endorsement to Operations.

·         Collaborating with Operations and Training in developing the technical and soft-skills of agents through coaching sessions, QA orientation, calibration sessions, rewards and recognition projects, etc.

·         Attending and facilitating calibration sessions, and sending relevant minutes and variance reports after each session.

·         Liaising with clients, and other internal groups as needed, on the creation/update of monitoring/compliance/knowledge-based tools and guidelines, etc.

·         Reporting agent and transaction compliance trends to the Quality Manager and/or QA Supervisor.

·         Identifying trends and opportunities for additional training or corrective action as needed and share feedback with immediate supervisor, Operations, and Training.

·         Taking proper action on disputes filed against transaction evaluations.

·         Participating in internal and external client meetings and performance reviews.

·         Participating in process improvement designs related to quality, technology (CRM/KRM), agent-customer interaction flows, etc.

·         Reviewing and submitting exceptional calls to be pooled for the good call library.

·         Performing physical or information security audits, and telecommunication line quality, and floor background noise as needed

ROLE AND RESPONIBILITIES

• Build solid relationships and give financial support across all departments and to vendors.
• General journal entries, cash flow projection, bank reconciliation, bills and payments, and ensuring all data is tracked daily.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable and prepare proof of payments and debit note invoices to respective parties on a timely basis.
• Handle a complete set of accounts independently and prepare month-end closing, balance sheets and P&L statements timely and accurately.

What will you do?

General Ledger

• Process all month end journals as agreed with the CFO
• Process all bank account journals per NAB bank statements
• Prepare all balance sheet reconciliations as required
• Review the P&L and Balance Sheet for accuracy
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Assist with any royalty and commission payments required
• Prepare the monthly BAS for CFO review and lodgments

Management Reporting

• Assist the CFO with preparation of management reports, including cash flow forecasts and trade finance positions.
• Assist the CFO with preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasting
• Support the wider business with relevant reporting requirements
• Provide insightful and timely financial analysis on performance of the business

Systems Development

• Support the CFO through the transition from Navision to Odoo

Working Hours: M - F 9am-5pm EST
Salary: 1,000 - 1,500 USD per month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Support the Sales Team with what they need; mostly data entry with a bit of data analysis

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide Support across the field sales organization to include:
• Regular data entry and form completion for retail customers
• New Customer Set Up
• Contract completion and submission
• Record new account information
• Maintain sales documentation, applications, and tools
• Master in-depth knowledge of the company’s services and line of products
• Management of brand presence on customer portals such as Retail Link and others
• Compile and complete weekly internal reports against performance initiatives
• Assist in the development and maintenance of national price lists across all brands
• Oversight and maintenance of internal sales platforms
• Support with financial reconciliation
• Support with Sample orders and execution of shipments
• Provide customer support with complaints, technical issues, and other tasks
• Assist sales team as needed to help customers and make sales
• Assist as needed throughout the process of RFP completion for potential customers
• Help with item assortment and SKU optimization within existing customers

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Excel, PP, Word, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Excel.
• Excellent internal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and QuickBooks online
• Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
• Excellent math skills with an attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Additional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA)

• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and realistic budgets.
• Prepare regular financial forecasts based on current performance and market trends.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for management and the board of directors.
• Cost Analysis: Evaluate cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising the quality of healthcare services.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and work with leadership to develop strategies for mitigating risks.
