About the team:

About the team:

As a Business System Analyst I for IdP Cloud Implementations, you will act as a project coordinator, implementation consultant, business analyst and systems administrator to help onboard customers, provide support to internal stakeholders and connect applications to IdP Cloud, a centralized, Cloud-based identity management system that provides authentication, authorization, user management and single sign-on (SSO) to a multitude of FIS applications. The Asia Pacific Employee Relations team at Visa serves as trusted partners to effectively manage simple to complex employee relations cases across the region. The role reports to the Employee Relations Manager, also based in the Philippines and is part of a wider team who are located in Singapore and India.

What an Employee Relations Analyst does at Visa:

• Conduct workplace investigations in simple to complex situations demonstrating effective listening, probing and investigatory skills with the ability to synthesize data, identify root problems/causes, and recommend actions to resolve in partnership with the Employee Relations Manager, Legal team, and Business Conduct Office.
