• Collaborates with QA on documenting bugs found in non-production environments, captures them in Jira, meets DOR for bugs. Helps PDM/Proxy DPM prioritize non-prod bugs and issues, based on potential Production impact.
• Assists Support group with identifying DOR for Production bugs.
• Leads the end-to-end/integration testing, assists DPM in planning of the test effort. Collaborates with the business users/SMEs/stakeholders on the use cases and test cases.
• Maintains product and system documentation in Confluence, Miro, and other tools. Collaborates with BPMs, analyzes, maps, and communicates current state and future state business processes.
• Continuously builds relationships with business users (key and designated stakeholders, business users, BPMs), obtains and grows knowledge about the business process. Serves as an SME on the Product Team.
• Leads or assists DPM/Proxy DPM in sprint ceremonies like backlog refinement and sprint review/demo.
• Assists DPM/Proxy DPM in in providing Release notes with a specific use case, screen shots, detail on the changes, etc.

Responsibilities

• Be the SME for the application area your team owns. Have deep understanding of the current workflow, rules, dependencies, potential impacted areas. Always continue learning your application, understand new features being developed, be the gatekeeper of the consistency and cohesiveness across screens, actions, data, etc.
• Speak the Business language. Understand and be able to articulate the business process from the user’s standpoint. Remember, they are not limited to our application, their process involves multiple systems, as well as manual components (excel, email, verbal communication). Build relationship with users and business SMEs, keep learning from them - shadow, ask for their training documents.
• Create and maintain documentation, take initiative, refer other team members to your documents.
• Write great user stories - small, concise, well defined, with just enough number of details. Refine and break them down with the team, be the champion of the vertical story split.
• Be the gatekeeper of quality on the team. Create Acceptance criteria, help QA understand the system’s expected behavior. Review the test cases in Test Rails, help QA find a way to figure out the system’s actual behavior and make sure it marches the AC. Create plans for end-to-end testing, document use cases, hep QA plan. Decide what needs to be automated as part of the regression test suite.

• Maintain the general ledger activity for multiple corporate companies, which includes recording operating expenses, preparing accruals, and validating GL coding for Accounts Payable postings.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and expense account analyses including detailed reviews of expenses and ensuring appropriate accruals are recorded.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly operating expenses variance analysis for multiple periods and provide concise insightful commentary.
• Analyze and explain quarterly balance sheet movements.
• Analyze quarterly operating expenses for 35+ cost centers, including how those costs get allocated to affiliates.
• Participate in the quarterly preparation and distribution of intercompany invoices to affiliate subsidiaries. Work with operating entity customers to explain the charges, including variances over periods.
• Support the delivery of accurate and timely services and reporting to affiliate client companies.
• Work on special projects including inactivating GL accounts, fixed asset subledger projects not limited to retiring fixed assets with zero book value, etc.
• Track legal, audit and other expenses.
• Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures, updating documentation as needed.

This role is part of AECOM's Global Workday Reporting team which is responsible for the creation and maintenance of Workday Report functionality, as well as servicing requests from the business for information. The Workday Reporting Team is part of the wider Reporting and Analytics function within Human Resources.

• Support Workday and People Analytics teams with report requests coming from Service Now.
• Assess data request needs and perform data gathering and analysis procedures to accurately generate requested/routine reports and data trends.
• Create Workday reports, dashboards, and charts.
• Perform timely generation and distribution of ad hoc report requests.
• Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead. May support members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.
• Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
• Perform moderately complex tasks in compliance with service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Propose alternatives in identified issues and assist in investigating and in resolving common and unusual issues.
• Contribute to various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
