About the Role

• Champion and drive Agency Activation and Productivity and works in collaboration with Home Office for Premier Advisor Development
• Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units through Sales Builder, and support Leader Development through Business Reviews
• Responsible for the execution of quality recruitment activities including Business Opportunity Programs and continuously partner with Agency Leaders to drive agency expansion
• Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on understanding and maximizing the Agency compensation scheme and career path
• Oversee agency operations of the sector such as agency team meetings to provide clear communication of company policies, sales incentives, campaign promotions, product marketing and performance updates, and the like
• Conduct orientations and coach agency on utilizing the Advisor and Leader training roadmap to influence agency leaders on developing advisors to become MDRTs and develop new agency leaders.
• Provide relevant feedback to other teams from day to day observations and feedback from the Agency • Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time

What you’ll be doing:

• Work on building, iterating, and growing a product suite of Angkas’ financial products
• Oversee a high-traffic platform supporting millions of transactions
• Own more than 10 features, dealing with complex business rules, calculations, and system integrations
• Engage in pioneering new product features, novel solutions, and create new “lego blocks” in software solutions together with the Finance squad
• Ensure high degree of collaboration with stakeholders to achieve business impact

• At least 3 years experience in business analysis, preferably with banking, e-commerce, other financial-related, or transportation background
• Has a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably (but not required) Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication/ ECE) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Agile SCRUM, JIRA and Confluence
• Can work independently and in a team environment
• Capable to influence stakeholders and work closely with them along with other members in tech team to determine acceptable and best possible solutions
• Proactive, exceptionally analytical and conceptual in thinking skills
• Skilled in template formulation for documentation and very good in presentation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
• Willing to work from home and go onsite, as necessary

This role serves as a partner to the Director of Finance within the Hotel - providing objective evaluations, process improvement solutions , effective communication, and guidance in recommending effective internal control standards and adhering to compliance regulations.

Primary responsibilities:

• To undertake operational audit and financial audit to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives
• Report on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risks
• Challenging current processes across the company and identify opportunities for refinement
• Engaging remediation of identified issued through follow-up
• Communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the company on audit findings, recommendations and the like
