About the Role

• Champion and drive Agency Activation and Productivity and works in collaboration with Home Office for Premier Advisor Development
• Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units through Sales Builder, and support Leader Development through Business Reviews
• Responsible for the execution of quality recruitment activities including Business Opportunity Programs and continuously partner with Agency Leaders to drive agency expansion
• Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on understanding and maximizing the Agency compensation scheme and career path
• Oversee agency operations of the sector such as agency team meetings to provide clear communication of company policies, sales incentives, campaign promotions, product marketing and performance updates, and the like
• Conduct orientations and coach agency on utilizing the Advisor and Leader training roadmap to influence agency leaders on developing advisors to become MDRTs and develop new agency leaders.

About the job

To be part of the finance organisation in IKEA Philippines supporting Service Office by that support the growth of IKEA businesses by ensuring accurate and timely work practices on:

• Processing and payment of invoices from local and foreign vendors and reimbursements to co-workers.
• Tax recording and remittances on local and foreign payments.

Your assignment

• Verify invoices and billings to ensure correctness and completeness of supporting documents (e.g. billing/sales invoice, receipt, purchase order) prior to payment processing.
• Prepare and ensure timely payments to local and foreign vendors including co-worker's claims.
• Liaise with vendors on payment related enquires.
• Liaise with banks for any issues related to payment.
• Prepare and ensure accurate and timely preparation and payment of monthly/quarterly tax returns and reconcile with the book.
• Reconcile payments and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Generate vendor aging report and follow up long outstanding invoices.
• Reconciliation of monthly GL accounts and vendor balances.
• Assist Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly reports and audit schedules.
• Support and provide training to Store Accounting Assistant in handling Store payables functions.
• Other ad hoc task as assigned and support general accounting/accounts payable functions.

Salary: P35,000 to P40,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM NZT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years work experience in end to end processing and administration of loan with Australian Mortgage Broking.
• Experience in using MyCRM, Infinity, AFG Flex, Mercury Nexus, Podium, or other AU mortgage CRM.
• Experience in using Project Management Tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Trello etc).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in HubSpot
• Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering (New Zealand Equivalent)

What will you do?

• Handle, analyse and prepare client loan applications.
• Distribute documents such as 'Hello' Pack, Credit Guide, File Invite, and Online Fact Find
• Review client documents and fact-find sessions and manage data entry and credit report requests.
• Initiate new loan applications after lead generation or Online Fact Find
• Share the Game Plan with customers for review and e-signature
• Upload supporting documents from the designated folder (Google Drive) and submit via Apply Online (NextGen)

The Risk Operations Analyst I is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Responsibilities:

• Activation and maintenance of locally approved credit obligors in the credit system
• Preparation of credit approvals (CA) document in the credit system based on the data provided by the RM and Risk for Annual Review, Interim, Extension and Initial following the established procedures, policies and checkpoints;
• Input and maintenance of approved credit facilities in the credit system (e.g. facility creation, allocations/re-allocations, facility amendment, cancellation, classification, special handling instructions, and updates using “As Of” functionality);
• Ensure that the credit approvals are obtained and in compliance to the credit policy.
• Review and rectification of data exceptions.; month-end adjustments on credit facilities via "as of" functionality. Monitoring, completion/filing of fully approved workflows;
