The ideal candidate will work closely with the accounting, finance operations, and FP&A teams to provide technical expertise and support across multiple time zones. This position reports to the Finance Systems Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize NetSuite scripts, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support for NetSuite users, troubleshooting issues, and responding to user queries via Jira and email.
• Design and implement custom fields, records, and forms within NetSuite.
• Create and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards to enhance data visibility for end users.
• Automate key finance and accounting processes within NetSuite, streamlining workflows.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to integrate third-party systems and applications with NetSuite.
• Support system upgrades and implementations, including testing and debugging.
• Train and mentor end users on new features, functions, and system customizations.
• Document system customizations, technical processes, and best practices.
• Support special projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.

The Executive Support Administrator directly supports the Director of Financial Operations, and the Sales & Bids team while assisting with other office administrative responsibilities, as needed. The Exec Support Administrator role will include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing general administrative activities. The Exec Support Administrator's responsibilities include coordinating travel and meeting arrangements, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The person in this role will possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, such as MS Office.  

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine administrative support such as diary management, including monitoring time-sensitive responses and/or deadlines that require follow-up 
• Global travel coordination including visa applications, flights, accommodation, and airport transfers 
• Coordinate and support offsite meetings including caterers, team dinners and team-building activities  
• Process expenses, and purchase orders and deal with accounting-related issues  
• Complete ad-hoc projects on an as-needed basis 
• Maintain annual leave roster for the Sales & Bids team  
• Develop strong relationships with the company’s Executive Assistants 
• Ad-hoc: Support the EMEA / APAC VP Executive Assistant as and when required  
• Other administrative duties, as assigned 

As a Sales Executive, you will:

• Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to effectively present our offerings to potential clients
• Conduct market research, identify trends, and generate quality leads
• Proactively reach out to businesses, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management

• Effectively and creatively present foodpanda’s packages to potential vendors
• Work closely with other departments to make sure we have a successful vendor incubation
• Exceed sales goals: The BDE will play a crucial role in driving volume & quality sales and achieving performance-based goals, both as an individual and as part of a team. They will be motivated to over-achieve sales targets and contribute to the continuous growth of foodpanda. Sales incentives will be offered to reward exceptional performance.
• Be the local representative in the area: monitoring competitor activities, gathering feedback, and provide recommendations to ensure a healthy market share.
• As a local market expert, the Business Development Executive will gather feedback from partner restaurants and provide valuable recommendations for improvements to management. They will have a good understanding of the food market, proactively engage with quality vendors and stay updated on the latest developments in order to effectively contribute to foodpanda's success.
