Duties and Responsibilities:

• Expert in calendar management
• Ability to draft and organize email responses.
• Ability to understand and turn email responses into tangible tasks, and delegate as appropriate.
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries as appropriate.
• Prepare and edit memos, emails, announcements, presentations, and other documents as appropriate.

• At least 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant (must reflect on resume)
