• Overall accountable in the tracking and monitoring of the GL and Consolidation KPIs and the presentation to the Group Finance Director and CFO

Manages distribution product for the branch. The distribution manager seeks new distribution services opportunities and cooperates with sales to turn new opportunities into profitable business.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and support with day-to-day quotations
• Support product with checking local charges and agreement quotes to ensure we minimize potential branch losses
• Plan and support with huddles and monthly meetings to discuss market intelligence and delegate workloads within the team.
• Attend the weekly branch Sales meeting and facilitate discussions on market updates and trends
• Take an active role in the transition of new business/ updates to existing business.
• Grow department Revenue in line with District budget target and management expectations.
• Supporting with BNP, AJAX, CLH, and internal financial reports to ensure that the department is showing clean financial accounting throughout all financial reports.
• Manage dept PnL
• Maintain a positive relationship with the Trade Compliance Manager and support all compliance efforts and trainings.
• Be open to implementing new system changes and enhancements into your department. 
• Be involved and suggest system/process improvements.
• Review and conduct staff appraisals and one to one meeting timely in line with the 3+1 Initiative
• Assist supervisor and key staff with goal setting and monitoring development.
• Map and understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency to offer customers better cycle times and service as well as controlling costs.
• Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are documented and kept up to date in the Desk Level Standard Operating Procedures database.

The primary function of the Outlet Manager is to administer the successful planning, organization and co-ordination of all Mireio floor activities including exceptional Mireio service execution, labor forecasting and control (scheduling), leading a management and service team of colleagues, with a focus on guest, colleague, owner and brand awareness. The Outlet Manager will assure the success of all Mireio events while maintaining high service standards. Adherence to established policies, standards and procedures are required at all times in order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate policies and procedures and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.  The Outlet Manager will lead a management and service team of colleagues to a common goal for the guest, colleague, owner and brand awareness.

• Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with company quality standards. 

• Supervision of tabletop presentation for meal service. 

• Handle guest complaints in the most diplomatic manner. 

• Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction. 

• Complete menu knowledge of all Mireio options 

• Monitor speed of service and exercise quality control for both food and beverage. 

• Schedule dining room personnel with forecasted business ensuring that staffing is adequate and yet within budgetary goals.  

• Create promotions and recommend price adjustments based on market trends, quarterly competitive analysis and product sales mix.

• Responsible for the Mireio department’s capital improvement expenditures  

• To ensure the financial success of the department by monitoring productivity, revenues and costs. To proactively implement appropriate procedures or programs wherever necessary. 

• To ensure all financial reporting is maintained and accurate (billing, payroll, etc.) 

• To participate in the budgeting process of the department by establishing clear and precise priorities for operational and renovation capital expenditures. 

• Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures manages labor, review financial reports, and takes any appropriate actions. 

• Monitoring and controlling Micros system in appliance to guest checks and hotel reports  

• Develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancing measures 

• Understand both the restaurant’s and the hotel’s financial goals to achieve superior long-term financial returns to our shareholders

The Project Management Leader will work closely with the Process Excellence Manager, undertaking a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of impactful initiatives and projects within the Finance department. This role demands hands-on management, leveraging expertise in both project management and change management.

• Create and execute project work plans by defining scope, resource allocation, key milestones, quality standards, risk assessment, and deliverables. Adapt plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements effectively.
