This role will lead and direct the activities of the accounts receivable team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that client billings are being issued timely, and customer collections are being followed up on regularly. The position requires a highly motivated  individual with a proven background in billing and collections. About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams, track project progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing requirements and deadlines.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, ensuring that team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to ensure high performance and commitment.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, managing resources effectively to achieve project objectives.

Stakeholder and Client Management

• Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors.
• Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Risk and Issue Management

• Proactively identify project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to address them.
• Resolve conflicts and obstacles that may arise during the course of the project.
• Ensure that issues are documented, tracked, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and customer expectations.
• Oversee the implementation of quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Budget and Resource Management

• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to ensure that project resources are available and meet budgetary requirements.

Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in [specify industry, if needed, e.g., IT, construction, finance].
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Experience with budget management, resource planning, and scheduling tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Reporting to the Associate Director - Client Solutions, you will drive business development efforts that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales.

• You will drive business development efforts in the region, acquire new clients and manage sales targets .
• You will gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the "Office Interiors Design & Build", market sector, industry trends, future projects, etc.
• You will generate and track leads and forecast your sales efforts to create new bookings.
• You will work closely with the Director and the Team to complete the sales cycle
