The role is focused on functional and technical aspects of the product with an emphasis on creating, refining, and realizing product vision and capabilities. The Product Manager is responsible for crafting user stories, supporting testing phases, and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in QA processes, as well as facilitating new or existing product integrations. The Product Manager also works with the Delivery Lead to provide input to Change Requests, Statements of Work, exceptions, and solution proposals.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst will work together with the ASEAN Finance Team and Asia Shared Service Centre (SSC) to support the Philippines business by managing the day-to-day finance operations, delivering insightful timely analysis and other financial planning needs.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for submission of timely, accurate and commercially focused Budget, Forecast and 3 Year Planning for Philippines, in line with agreed templates and timetables.
• Identify and timely report risks and opportunities for the business by monitoring Sales Pacing and cost spending closely.
• Update commentary highlights concisely, anticipating potential questions and address them in advance with supporting analysis as appropriate.
• Provide Business Partner support to event team.
• Monthly P&L actual review and working with SSC for month end. This will include:
  • Ensure revenue and costs are recorded correctly, and intercompany billings are performed. Compliance in accordance with Group guidelines and timely release of accruals, if any.

• Lead and develop Command Center associates
• Work with contact center leaders to ensure agent adherence and/or conformance to schedules
• Provide ongoing operational analysis of contact center operations, while identifying and implementing changes as necessary to improve the level of quality and efficiency as measured by key business indicators (cost, abandon rate, service level, occupancy, etc.)
• Work with the contact centers, Technology, reporting and other teams to provide analytical support and recommendations for staffing resources to meet objectives such as service levels, occupancy, cost per call, etc.
• Partner with WFM planners to ensure schedules meet performance and business needs
• Utilize Workforce Optimization software to manage performance across multiple sites and lines of business

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
