As part of the Technical Solutions team, the role provides technical support to financial institutions who utilize CMS product suite to provide Value Added Services and transactional processing services to their corporate clients.

•               Participate in cross functional customer service delivery initiatives across clients and Visa internal teams

We are looking for a new Financial Accountant to join our team. The role will be incredibly varied, from taking ownership of the month-end close (and associated reporting) from start to finish, to assisting with several different projects and helping the team to become fit for the future. This individual will be expected to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and be adaptable and proactive in their work approach to assist with the wider projects and deliverables of the team.

As a financial accountant, you will play a key part in ensuring that our monthly and other reporting deadlines are met. This will involve completing the detailed month-end postings, balance sheet recs, bank recs, and so forth. This individual would be expected to be the main contact for the year-end audit process, alongside assisting with the other reporting requirements which we have.

We are looking for someone with a hand on and can-do attitude. This will be key to ensuring that we can make the finance team fit for the future. The projects and ad-hoc work to which the team have exposure are significant and varied. For example, we are currently in the process of applying for a license for a new regulated entity in Ireland, we are integrating new acquisitions into the cluster, migrating to new systems, and often assisting with business partnering on a range of different matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation and control of monthly management information;

The Client Success Management Shared Services Senior Consultant is responsible to manage post-sale and operational relationships for a significant group of Visa’s growth clients by overseeing onboarding and implementation processes, maximizing adoption of deployed products, driving Client Success outcomes, and optimizing client performance. The Implementation Consultant is responsible for providing excellent technical project support. Project support is defined by a Statement of Work (SOW), which would be pre-agreed between Cybersource CS Management and the Customer.

What an Advanced Technical Solutions, Consultant does at Visa:

The Advanced Technical Solutions Consultant will analyze and consolidate performance data and statistics. The individual will support the customer implementation and customer support groups in designing integration solutions, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing data to contribute to Visa goals and initiatives. Client Services works with issuers, acquirers, processors and merchants worldwide to develop and deliver the support model for Visa Inc. This includes day-to-day operations and product support, back-office support and customer performance reporting. Client Services includes the Rules and Compliance function, which supports the structural foundation of the Visa Payments network. 

Rules and Compliance ensures the safety, security and integrity of the payment system and supports Visa clients in the development of their electronic payments business. 

Specifically, the Rules and Compliance team establishes and enforces common interoperable rules and standards for our products and services by which clients must operate their Visa programs. 

Role:

This is an individual contributor operational role, to provide support with respect to creating and implementing compliance solutions that meet the regulatory and strategic compliance objectives of Visa.
