The role is responsible and accountable for supervising a team within the HR Service Center (Pre-Hire Support), to ensure the team meets or exceeds expectations and defined SLA targets. The role will support the manager and coordinate with stakeholders and team members in executing end-to-end Pre-Hire Support activities by ensuring quality and timeliness of output, adherence to defined service level agreements, and ensuring compliance to relevant standards and procedures. Job Description

• In charge of executing corporate objectives/initiatives (i.e. KPI's, productivity, conversion rate, call out reduction, etc).
• Accountable for and leads maintenance operations in the unit in line with global guidelines.
• Understand the current and future opportunities for the maintenance business in the unit and define and implement local and global maintenance development actions, which cover processes, product offering and ensure the KONE Pricing Policy is followed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 year experience in service/maintenance operation, facility management and/or security.

• Proven track record of P&L, business planning & controlling, budgeting and long term planning processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues in Australia; and
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

• Experience in customer service for at least 2 years;
• Excellent English speaking skills and highly organised;
• Experience in working for an Australian companies is preferred but not essential;
• Excellent data entry and data management skills;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office - Word and Excel;
• Have experience in CRM system, Service M8 or similar appointment scheduling software.
