The Support Analyst provides end-user support in creating documentation for recurring tasks as well as assisting the team in setting up user accounts. This person diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves basic and moderate technical problems. This person operates under defined processes and procedures and makes decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities requiring interpretation of guidelines, policies and procedures. The Support Analyst will work closely with our Helpdesk, Desktop Technology, and ATS teams in supporting users in general IT problems.  This is a Night Shift role.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance:

The FG Dispatch Officer is responsible for the general warehouse operations from receiving of goods, storage, internal movements, goods issuances, and loading/dispatch of finished goods ensuring timely, accurate, complete documentation and compliance to  Good Warehousing Policy, Procedures and Standards for safe and efficient warehousing operations.

He/She is responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness and proper loading of goods onto trucks, or transportation vehicles. 

He/She ensures real-time, accurate and complete system recording of all inventory related  transactions.

1. Inbound Processing/Goods Receiving

   • Processes the  inbound deliveries for inventory receiving and manages the  activity in the warehouse.

• Coordinates with the transport team on the status of the transport unit for inbound or outbound transactions.

AML & Compliance officer will:

• Review and analyze the necessary KYC/KYA documents received to onboard new clients and conduct asset KYA analysis for the Asset DD service;
• Generate and manage reports on AML/KYC data for both investments and clients, including creating checklists to track document statuses for each investment;

• Conduct checks using screening tools like WorldCheck for name screening against financial sanctions lists, PEPs, and regulatory enforcement entities;

The successful incumbent will represent the first line of defense, with a focus on providing quality periodic review work on both clients and investors, supporting the Asia Pacific Team. The Labor Relations (External Services Officer) is responsible for the effective management and implementation of subcontracting to ensure the compliance of subcontractors in accordance with the Government Regulatory and Company’s business requirement.

1. Guide the department in planning the work to be subcontracted that is aligned with the goals of the projects as well as identification of qualified subcontractors.

As a member of our Business SaaS Service Desk team, you are responsible for the end to end management of Avaloq clients.
