• Support the Luxembourg-based Portfolio Management AIFM Department in fulfilling its day-to-day obligations related to AML/KYC on investment for both external and internal parties

To work within the Depositary team, assisting in carrying out asset verification, cash monitoring and compliance oversight for investment funds investing in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, and other asset classes.

Day-to-day direct responsibility for assisting the oversight and management of a portfolio of Depositary clients whilst providing supervision and support to Depositary Associates, including, but not limited to, asset verification (primarily ensuring that each Client Fund or Fund entity has supplied sufficient information to prove good legal title over the assets it owns), cash monitoring (primarily ensuring all cash transactions are consistent with the Funds operations, and cash balances are reconciled) and compliance oversight (primarily ensuring the Client is complying with all relevant aspects of the AIFMD), understanding the AIFMD legislation.

Ensuring, by direct undertaking and by review of Depositary Associates’ work:

• Assisting the Depositary team in ensuring each Client Fund or Fund entity have supplied sufficient documentary evidence to prove effective legal title over the assets they claim to own;

The Accounts Receivable & Credit Officer will ensure all receipts are processed accurately and within a timely manner. AR Officer Duties

• Process bank statement receipts on a daily basis
• Process incoming cheques received by Aurecon local offices

TSA's People Officer provides generalist human resources support to the People Team and relevant stakeholders including, but not limited to, employee relations, leadership coaching, workplace health and safety, policy and procedures review/development and reward and recognition initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Rooms and Guest Experience Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of guest service to all our guests most especially to our Japanese guests in Fairmont, Raffles and Raffles Residences. The Guest Relations Officer (Japanese Speaking) will be in charge of liaison with our Japanese guests whether checking in or checking out, an event attendee, F&B patron, in-house guest and offer assistance throughout the duration of their stay. This position shall also provide support to other departments (Sales, Events, F&B) to ensure that our Japanese clients are well assisted and attended to.
