Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support AD/Training and Education Manager/Digital Dawn with management of AppBassador
- Maintenance and upgrades
- Content upload
- Reporting functions
- Effectiveness/Flow of use
- Creating SOP’s
- Managing budget/billing
- Training Academy Support
- New structure – creating process, wow, SOP’s
- Support in building training content in line with brand plans
- Managing translation requests along with budgets/billing
- Training requests – review and follow up where needed
- Training reporting – collation for T&E Manager
- Template creation for Activation briefs in line with regions marketing plans
- Creation of template
- Support RPM in building reports (renders, M&E)
- Reviewing and advising RPM on how to in reports
- Global Reports
- DHOC Support in creation of global reporting templates
- Collation from regions on global launches
- Other
- Manage process for big ideas ie sampling kits/travellers sets/WSET
- Conference support
