The General Manager has overall responsibility and accountability for managing operations, ensuring the deployment of qualified Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) is fulfilled efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• 10+ years of professional experience in a progressive company.

About the Role

• Study and analyze customer interactions, provide insights and guidance on mapping the prescribed customer journey to deliver seamless experience that will translate into a holistic customer experience model for AIA Philippines, including BPI AIA.
