Account specific roles & responsibilities:

• Doing outbound calls to verify the references of applicants as home health aide
• Calling MD's offices & clinics to inform about orders for signing or to return back.

Job Description:

• Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat). 

• Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
• Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues 
• Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. 

• At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably in a voice account
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
• Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Adaptability to a changing work environment  
• Ability to remain calm under pressure 
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts

Salary: P80,000 to P120,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• React.js Experience
• Understanding of ES6+ JS
• Experience with state management like Redux or MobX
• Proficiency in front end build tools like WebPack, Babel etc
• RestFul APIs and GraphQL

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with AWS
• Experience with Server-Side Rendering Code
• Familiarity with CI/CD
• Knowledge of Front-End Automation Testing frameworks like Jest
