Responsibilities

• You will be working with the vendor performance team to monitor the performance of key operations metrics and making necessary interventions with our partner vendors

• You will be contacting and liaising with vendors to identify, document, and address operations issues

• You will be driving our vendor operations projects aimed at improving vendor performance and operations in coordination with our partner vendors

Requirements

• Graduate of any marketing or business related course

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must be able to communicate issues and ideas clearly with partner stakeholders

• Has a customer oriented mindset

• Must be able to work within a timeline and ensure assigned projects are on-time and productive

• Knowledge in Excel tools is a plus

​​We’re looking for an Associate / Specialist, People Support  (APAC) to join our APAC People Support Tier 1 team, based in Malaysia. In this exciting new role, you will be focusing on creating a #magical experience for our  employees based in APAC. Sounds exciting? Responsibilities

• As a vital part of the APAC People Support Tier 1 team, you will represent the first point of contact for all our employees, providing them with the highest quality service by responding to their people-related inquiries and concerns. This includes all employee support domains including onboarding, absence, offboarding, reporting requests etc that are all within the entire employee life cycle.

• Manage, monitor and maintain our internal People Portal knowledge base (Confluence) to enable self-services for all stakeholders.

• Manage a wide variety of queries and questions from employees through our ticket system (JIRA) by utilising our knowledge base information to answer employee queries.

• Deliver and execute common and transaction-based services for the People team to ensure compliance.

• Work closely together with other People teams as well as other stakeholder groups in order to deliver high quality and timely responses and solutions to all our employees by achieving certain requirements on KPIs.

• Ensure customer satisfaction of employees and provide professional customer support.

The General Accounting Associate will be in charge of:

• The monthly closing of the books of accounts
• Adjustments/Corrections for all accounts
• Accruals recording
• Bank Reconciliation
• Preparation of financial statements per store level
• Tax reconciliation
• Accounts Reconciliation
• AP and AR Aging and reconciliation
• Preparing the working papers and schedules for every account monthly
• Assisting the External Auditors in conducting their Audit

The marketing associates will be responsible for:

• Closely working with the marketing manager to develop and execute marketing plans
• Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
• Creating reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
•  Assisting with organizing promotions and events
• Collaborating with the Design team to create marketing materials
• Keeping organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Preparing regular sales forecasting reports
• Monitoring competitors’ marketing activities
