Global Client Resolution works with issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants, fintechs and Visa Internal worldwide to develop and deliver support for all Visa related transactions, information and operations. This includes day-to-day operations and product support, back-office support and customer performance reporting using Visa tools.

The Role

This is a junior level professional role with progressive responsibility as experience grows. This role serves as a functional/technical chat and call specialist for the Global Client Resolution Team and will be working independently with guidance provided in complex and unconventional situations.

Responsibilities

Analysts are responsible for facilitating the research and resolution of complex dispute claims, balancing the timeframes with a high degree of accuracy.  They work dispute cases on behalf of Global Dispute Processing and global clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Associate Analysts work all dispute cases (simple fraud, complex and ecommerce), including more complex or higher dollar cases.  They must collaborate and decision cases according to our client matrix and Visa Dispute Rules and Regulations within compliance timeframes.  Associate Analysts may work Prepaid, Debit, or Regional Network for all dispute reasons.  Other responsibilities may include reviewing cases from other analysts, assisting with reporting and uploading letters to VROL.  Maintain a high level of understanding of all systems, processes, and procedures to help with projects, questions, and training as necessary.

• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure invoices are submitted to the clients timely and accurately.

• Distribute invoices to external clients through various distribution platforms e.g. mail, email, and client portal uploads.

• Respond to inquiries and escalate issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.

• Participate in governance meetings with Operations Team and/or clients.

• Perform multiple routine and/or simple ad hoc tasks assigned by the Billing Team Leader or Billing Manager.

• Address critical issues with the guidance of Team Leader within the prescribed turn-around time.

• Gather information and documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving issues within the assigned process

• May be involved in selected transition-related activities such as desktop procedures creation.

As a Digital Marketing Associate, she will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. She will work closely with the Digital team and the cross functional teams -- Marketing, TMD, and Sales to implement various digital campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and contribute to the overall online presence and business delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Management:
   • Lead creating Digital Campaigns for all relevant digital platforms, primarily Social media, SMS, Tiwala, and Cropwise.
   • Influence FF to submit needed assets on time
   • Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of content across digital channels.
2. Social Media Management:
   • Help manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring social media analytics.
   • Be open to exploratory projects like Influencer Marketing and other relevant trends
   • Ensure inquiries are responded to on a timely manner.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   • Utilize analytics tools like Emplifi and Meta to track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
4. Digital Advertising Support:
   • Lead the creation and management of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, primarily Meta.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across digital marketing initiatives.
6. Other Digital Marketing Initiatives:
   • Help with innovative digital marketing solutions fit for Syngenta
   • Pro-actively assess other digital marketing strategies that can be tested for Syngenta
