The Market Escalation and Trust Senior Associate plays a vital role in the organization. He/She is responsible for co-developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate fraud in all Carousell Markets and will serve as in-market point of contact for the country they are situated in. In addition, the MX Content Senior Associate will report to the T&S Associate Manager and will work together with the MX team, primarily with the Core T&S team.

Day-to-day responsibilities 

• 30% of the week: Stay up to date with local regulations and applying it to Carousell based on the country of origin, updating our policy and processes based on escalations
• 60% of the week: Research fraud trends, issue (tech/non-tech) trends and to share findings with operations/tech to reduce incidents of fraud
• 10% of the week: team meetings, preparing for the meetings (share issue/fraud trends)

Responsibilities include:

• Be an expert on Carousell’s policies, community guidelines and listing rules
• Minimize and prevent potential loses in relation to our In-App payment feature and all other types of Fraud.
• Perform root cause analysis for identified issues impacting (but not limited to) Operations, Users, System efficiencies.
• Identify type of fraud, trends and create rules that support Fraud Prevention and Mitigation.
• Initiate and drive projects (with Internal and External teams) to improve Departmental and Team metrics.
• Create timely reports and provide data analysis and trends.
• Be an escalated point of contact to investigate and resolve technical issues, disputes, fraud, marketplace quality and abuse cases
• Own and have knowledge of all user-facing Carousell matters related to the local market, so as to be the point of contact among teammates and local authorities where needed
• Represent Carousell to attend workshops initiated by the local regulatory bodies, operationalise insights and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Handle chargeback disputes, using knowledge in credit card policies, creating dispute documentation, and reaching out to both the bank and the merchant/buyer
• Identify opportunities in existing Policies & Procedures and Workflows, and implement solution (in all governing workflows of Marketplace Quality and Trust & Safety). Create new workflows as deemed necessary.
• Work directly with the Operations and Shared Services team to support agents(Tier 2 to Tier 5)  in delivering quality and efficient service to our users . 
• To assist with chinese translation needs e.g FAQs for Help Centre, ticket templates

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Associate - Toll Mill is responsible for ensuring efficient toll mill production execution - from elevation, dosing, grinding, mixing, pelleting and bagging operations, by collaborating and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders of the toll mill business. He ensures that all stakeholders' activities, processes and outputs conform to the documented agreement.      

Planning & Production Execution:
1. Coordinates with Toll Mill Supervisor in reviewing toll mill volume allocation for production planning.
2. Ensures toll mill volumes are produced on time and according to customers' specifications.
3. Actively helps in finding solutions for customer concerns and distribution complaints.
4. Coordinates with the toll miller the sequence of raw materials to be elevated to minimize material run out based on Production line up.
5. Submit reports to the Toll Mill Supervisor and update stock cards for the raw materials received during the shift.
6. Coordinates with the toll miller regarding the type of product to be produced.
7. Check/review the formulation and make necessary adjustments in coordination with NITR personnel.
8. Ensures that all raw materials to be dosed are in accordance with the mixing guide provided by NITR.
9. Close coordination with the toll miller to ensure that sequences of batching are being followed based on the production schedule.
10. Checks all pelleting parameters and coordinates with the Toller for necessary adjustment based on product formulation.
11. Monitors and ensures the feeds being produced conforms with company standards in terms of quality such as pellet durability, color, size, and nutritional value
12. Validates dosing report provided by Toller per process order.
13. Provides and ensures required reports are correct and timely generated which is essential for production documentation.

1) Material Staging

• The Outbound Delivery will be processed in EWM and create a Warehouse Task to execute requests in the warehouse.
• Once the warehouse tasks are created, proceed to perform actual picking of materials
• Proceed in confirming the tasks (via Desktop/scanner). Once completed, picking status will be set as completed in the Outbound Delivery.
• Proceed in posting the Goods Issue for the Outbound Delivery in EWM. Outbound Delivery will be updated with corresponding material documents for stock transfer and materials will be physically moved to the production area. Inform Production that transfer is completed.

2) Finished Goods Receiving Process

• Validate if the assumed GR (which is done either by Shift or by brand) from Production is the same as the actual quantity received. Proceed Secure approval from Production Supervisor to adjust delivery quantity based on actual receipt if not Proceed with Goods Receipt in reference to Inbound Delivery. Transactions will be performed via scanner. Pre-defined HUs will be re-used for packing. Stocks received will be set as on-hold (for Quality Inspection). Create the necessary HU warehouse task for putaway
• Perform quantity adjustment in EWM
• Confirm the HU warehouse task in the destination bin
